# Withdraw USD / Off-ramp

Convert funds in your AllScale wallet to USD and send them to a bank account through an available withdrawal channel.

## How to withdraw USD

### 1. Open the withdrawal form

Open the **Virtual Account** tab and click **Withdraw to Bank**.

Choose your payment network and bank account, then enter the amount and any other required information.

<figure><img src="https://2108479947-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVKjrAbl5fdUEwikY5vaB%2Fuploads%2Fm6q0z50NRj37EybgYPHe%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=47ebc0f0-1844-437a-ba51-d2bd07df3bc6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 2. Choose a payment network

You can withdraw USDC from your balance on **Ethereum**, **Base**, or **Polygon**. Choose a network with enough funds to cover the withdrawal and fees. The network selector shows your available balance and estimated network fee.

You can choose a different payment network for each withdrawal, regardless of the settlement network you use to receive USD. USDT withdrawals require separate activation; use the asset and channel options shown in your account.

### 3. Select or add a bank account

Select a saved bank account or click **Add bank account** to enter new details. You can save up to five bank accounts. Adding or changing an account requires identity confirmation, with a passkey used when available.

<figure><img src="https://2108479947-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVKjrAbl5fdUEwikY5vaB%2Fuploads%2F4MX7gVLZ9xrrYHhyeKK0%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=73df388f-b1db-4f27-b6cf-40f00b29c64c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Withdrawals currently support **USD channels only**. Available destinations depend on which channels are enabled for your account.

| Availability | Withdrawal channels | Supported assets |
| ------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------- |
| Default access | U.S. ACH, U.S. Wire, and USD SWIFT to Hong Kong | USDC |
| Expanded access, enabled individually | Additional USD SWIFT channels to Canada, Singapore, and Indonesia | USDC and USDT, as enabled |

Choose an available destination and transfer method, then enter the requested bank details:

* **U.S. ACH or Wire:** Routing number and account number.
* **USD SWIFT:** SWIFT/BIC code and account number.

Use the channels shown in your withdrawal form. Withdrawals in local currencies are not currently available.

### 4. Enter the amount

Enter the amount you want to send. The form checks your available balance, the minimum withdrawal amount, and your per-transaction and 24-hour limits as you enter the amount.

The default minimums for USDC withdrawals are:

| Transfer method | Minimum withdrawal |
| ---------------- | ------------------ |
| U.S. ACH or Wire | 10 USDC |
| USD SWIFT | 35 USDC |

Your applicable limits are shown in the form. Selecting **MAX** automatically reserves funds for the network fee.

<figure><img src="https://2108479947-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVKjrAbl5fdUEwikY5vaB%2Fuploads%2F6LEh3i0wO6QgwzSibL51%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=83d72dbf-0511-4355-ac3f-6fdf1008a95e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 5. Provide the payment purpose, if required

For SWIFT transfers, select the purpose of your payment. You may also attach supporting documents; these are optional when submitting the transfer.

If additional documents are requested later, you can upload and resubmit them through the transfer's status page.

<figure><img src="https://2108479947-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVKjrAbl5fdUEwikY5vaB%2Fuploads%2FGX4olawsDqt4QyCiMt9M%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=e97cabd0-df74-4a7a-a5dc-271ba6a85e8f" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 6. Review and confirm

Continue to the confirmation screen and review the recipient, bank amount, total wallet deduction, and itemized fees.

The quote is valid for **10 minutes**. A countdown shows the remaining time, and the quote refreshes automatically as it approaches expiry.

Confirm the transfer and complete verification using your passkey, or an email verification code if a passkey is unavailable. Once verified, your wallet payment is signed and the withdrawal begins processing.

## Fees and conversion

The total withdrawal cost includes a **platform fee**, any applicable **fixed fee**, and a **network fee**. For USDC withdrawals, the conversion rate is **1 USDC = 1 USD**, with no exchange-rate spread.

| Fee | How it works |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Platform fee | The default rate is **0.6%** of the transfer amount. Custom rates may apply and can differ by asset. |
| Standard U.S. ACH | No fixed transfer fee. |
| Faster U.S. ACH fixed fee | **$1 USD** per transfer when you select the Faster option. |
| Wire | **$20** per transfer. |
| USD SWIFT fixed fee | **$25 USD** per transfer. AllScale absorbs SWIFT intermediary costs and does not charge an additional percentage fee for them. |
| Network fee | Varies by payment network. Use the live estimate on the confirmation screen. |

The **Faster** option is available only for U.S. ACH. Its $1 fee still applies if the transfer is processed on the next business day because it was submitted after the cutoff or on a weekend or bank holiday.

#### Example: Send $1,000 USD

The examples below assume a **0.6% platform fee** and an estimated **0.01 USDC network fee on Polygon**.

| Transfer method | Bank amount | Total wallet deduction |
| ------------------------- | ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Standard U.S. ACH or Wire | $1,000 USD | **1,006.01 USDC**: 1,000 + 6 platform fee + 0.01 network fee |
| USD SWIFT | $1,000 USD | **1,031.01 USDC**: 1,000 + 6 platform fee + 25 fixed fee + 0.01 network fee |

These are illustrative amounts. Review the current fees and total deduction on your confirmation screen before confirming.

### If a transfer is returned

Returned funds go back to your wallet, and the platform fee is refunded. Network fees and the SWIFT fixed fee are not refunded because those costs have already been incurred. The applicable refund terms are shown before you confirm a withdrawal.

## Expected arrival times

<table><thead><tr><th width="245.39453125">Transfer method</th><th>Typical timing</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Standard U.S. ACH or Wire</td><td><strong>1–2 business days</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Faster U.S. ACH</td><td>Usually the <strong>same business day</strong>, subject to the daily cutoff</td></tr><tr><td>USD SWIFT</td><td><strong>1–5 business days</strong>; a specific arrival date is not guaranteed</td></tr></tbody></table>

Transfers submitted after the applicable cutoff, on weekends, or on bank holidays may be processed on the next business day. SWIFT timing also depends on intermediary and recipient banks.

For U.S. ACH and Wire, AllScale can confirm when funds have been credited. For SWIFT, **sent to bank** confirms that the payment has been sent; it does not confirm that the recipient's account has been credited.

## Track your withdrawals

Open the **Virtual Account** dashboard to view your withdrawal history. Select a transfer to review its amount, fees, and progress through initiation, funds confirmation, conversion, and dispatch to the bank. Each stage includes its actual timestamp.

You will also receive email updates as your withdrawal progresses. If a transfer is delayed, returned, held for compliance review, or requires additional documents, its status page shows the next step.

<figure><img src="https://2108479947-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVKjrAbl5fdUEwikY5vaB%2Fuploads%2F7L8jbOAjIOrwjKRLjLle%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=886548be-34d1-4886-b872-379f58ba6e22" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="https://2108479947-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVKjrAbl5fdUEwikY5vaB%2Fuploads%2FU0hAdejoxOgbeIzDVphd%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=911db0b3-4f12-44af-a572-f83bdb8a1c43" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Withdrawals also appear in your wallet activity alongside onchain transactions. If funds are returned, the returned principal and fee refund appear as separate entries.

After a withdrawal is completed, you can generate a shareable receipt link or image for the recipient. SWIFT receipts include a bank reference number that the recipient can use to check the payment with their bank. You can revoke a receipt link at any time.
