# Open your Virtual Account
1. Create your AllScale account at [**https://app.allscale.io/pay**](https://app.allscale.io/pay) (Or access our [**App**](/welcome-to-allscale.md#where-to-use) on mobile)
2. On the homepage, click the USD Account verification button and submit the required information and documents. AllScale supports both personal and business accounts.
3. Before you apply, prepare the documents listed in the checklist for your account type: KYB for business accounts or KYC for personal accounts.

4. **Face Verification**
Business accounts (KYB): Facial verification is required if your company is based in any of the countries or territories listed below, regardless of the ultimate beneficial owner's (UBO's) location.
Personal accounts (KYC): Facial verification is required if you are from any of the countries or territories listed below.

5. Once your application is approved, you will be able to access the Virtual Account tab.
